 Seller Policies:

We does not charge any fees for listing an item for sale, only  a % of commission is charged which varies for each category, once the entire transaction is over we pay the merchant within 7 – 10 Business days after the product is delivered. Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling the order and providing an hassle free experience to the customers. The product order should be the same as shown on the website to the customers. In case of any clarification the seller can contact the Jimmybazaar.com support team. It is the sole responsibility of the merchant to understand the policies and SLA for selling on Jimmybazaar.com

Termination:

If Jimmybazaar.com   terminates a listing or your account, if you close your account, or if the payment of your Jimmybazaar.com commission cannot be completed for any reason, you remain obligated to pay us for all unpaid fees plus any penalties, if applicable. 

Jimmybazaar.com reserves the right to issue a warning, temporarily/indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership on the website/App and refuse to provide you with access to the Website/App in case of non-payment of fees by you to us.We also reserves the right to take legal action in case of non-payment of fees by you to us. We reserves the right to refuse any of its service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. 

Taxes:

You are responsible for paying all fees associated with the use of the Website and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, charges, cess etc. levied there on. Tax liability of the goods sold is on your account and you are responsible to pay the taxes for the product sold.

Breach:

Without limiting other remedies, Jimmybazaar.com may limit your activity, immediately remove your information or bids, or end your listing, warn other Users of your actions, immediately temporarily/indefinitely suspend or terminate or block your membership, and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Website in the event, but not limited to:

1.If you breach the User Agreement or Privacy Policy or the documents, agreements rules, policies, terms and conditions these incorporated therein by reference;or any misuse of the wallet payment facility

2. If Jimmybazaar.com is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide;

3. If it is believed that    your actions may cause legal liability for you, other Users or Jimmybazaar.com. Jimmybazaar.com may at any time at its sole discretion reinstate suspended Users.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service must be in accordance with the usage rules established by your mobile device platform or service provider. 

Wallet:

Wallet provided on Jimmybazaar.com can be availed by the customer and the customer may redeem the wallet on every purchase , if an customer has a balance of X rupees in the Wallet and wants to buy a product which is more than the amount available in the wallet in that case the customer may redeem the amount available in the wallet and pay the remaining amount through on line payment, provided the remaining amount is greater than or equal to Rs. 51/  The amount available in the wallet cannot be redeemed in the form of cash, you cannot  claim a refund of the amount available in your wallet, the customer can redeem the amount in wallet only by purchasing on Jimmybazaar.com
