Pricing Information:

JiMMyBazaar.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, JiMMyBazaar.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. In the event that an item is mis-priced, JiMMyBazaar.com may, at its discretion,either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and JiMMyBazaar.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that JiMMyBazaar.com accepts your order the same shall be debited to your bank account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to JiMMyBazaar.com dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment,the said amount will be reversed back to your bank account.

 

Delivery Information:

1.    We ship our products only in India

2.    We ship our orders through Renounced courier partners or speed post only.

3.    Orders are delivered within 7-14 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order.

4.    Delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / post office norms. JiMMyBazaar.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

5.    Delivery of all orders will be to registered address given by the customer at the time of placing the order. In case of any change in address the information should be provided before the product is dispatched.

6.    JiMMyBazaar.com has rights to cancel the order if the shipping address has a un-deliverable Pincode/non-serviceable pin code /area as per our courier partners.

7.    We may cancel the order if the courier partner attempts for deliver 3 (three) times and is not able to deliver the shipment due to nonavailability of customer, we may initiate are fund for these orders after deducting the shipping charges.

8.      We also reserve rights to cancel the order if there is a mismatch in address and the Pincode.


Order Cancellation :

We reserve the rights to cancel certain orders which we are unable to process as per our policy. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or undeliverable address, any problem identified by our technical team regarding payment /order processing.

  1. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

  2. We will contact you if all orany portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.


Order Cancelled by Customer:


  1. If the cancellation is after your order has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

  2. If your order has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.

  3. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects / damage or wrong product found.

  4. If you cancel your order before dispatch, we will initiate a refund.


Replacement:

 

  1. In case you receive a defective/damaged/wrong product please contact our customer care with the imageof the product received within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  2. The defective/damaged/wrong product or part of the product will be recalled and will be replaced.


Refund and Return:

 

Following situations may arise during return and refund:

  1. Item damaged in transit

  2. Defective item received

  3. Wrong item received 

  4. Incomplete order received.


Return may also result in refund of money in some cases:

 

  1. We request the customer to deliberately review the product listingbefore making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item,customer is not entitled for return/refund.


Below mentioned rules apply to this Policy:

 

  1. Few products cannot be returned or refunded item such as food, litter, bedding, grooming products, soil,fertilizers and organic pest control etc.

  2. In case you receive a defective/damaged/wrong product please contact our customer care with the image of the product received within 2 (two) days from the date of delivery.

  3. In case of returnable item the product must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

  4. In case if a return request is accepted by the seller the customer has to return the product and the refund will be processed only after the returned product is approved by the quality check team.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received are fund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer care.
